Most homes get wired without a plan.

The crew works it out on site, and whatever they miss turns up after the drywall. Fixing it costs more than drawing it first.

    Where every data, coax, and speaker drop goes, room by room, with cable type and count.

    Floor Plan Markups

    Your own plans, marked with every drop and dimensioned off door openings and wall corners.

    Conduit and Pathway Plan

    Sleeves, stub-ups, chases, and the runs that have to happen before drywall.

  • RE

    Rack Elevation and Equipment Spec

    Where the equipment goes, what it is, how much rack space it needs, and what it takes to power and cool it.

We draw the first three together. The rack elevation is an add-on.

Your installer can pull from it without calling, and your general contractor can check the work before the walls close.

How it works

  1. Send your floor plans and elevations, PDF or DWG. Add the electrical plan if you have one.

  2. You get a first draft on a date we set when the job starts, as a PDF sized to your plan set. Tell us what to change and we revise it once at no extra cost.

  3. Hand the set to your trades and they build from it. We print and ship hardcopies at cost.

Pricing

Flat fee, set by the size of the house. We don’t bill hourly.

Up to 3,000 sq ft $1,250
3,000 to 5,000 sq ft $2,000
5,000 to 8,000 sq ft $2,750

Conditioned floor area. Every plan includes all three sheets, one round of revisions, and room reserved for the rack with power and ventilation to match.

Rack elevation and equipment spec $450
We spec the actual equipment against the room the plan reserves.
Coordination $750
We come out to the site, and you get a second round of revisions. Included within 25 miles of Kingston.
